Anne Labovitz

A full-time artist working in St. Paul, MN, Anne has exhibited within and outside the U.S. She has international gallery and museum representation including galleries in Spain and Germany. Her paintings are part of the permanent collections at the Tweed Museum of Art in Duluth, MN, the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library in La Jolla, CA, the Weisman Art Museum in Minneapolis, MN and the International Gallery of Portrait in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Intimately connected and active in the art community, Labovitz is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Walker Art Center, in Minneapolis, an Advisory Board member of The Artist Book Foundation in NYC, a former member of the Colleagues Advisory Board at the Weisman Art Museum. In 2015, she joined the Advisory Board of Glowtown, an artist led organization that facilitates creative workshops. She recently was awarded a key by Duluth Sister Cities, International to Duluth’s sister cities and had been previously named 2013 Artist of the Year in Duluth.
